How long do I have to return my order?
Changed your mind? No worries! You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Contact us at info@stoncusknit.nl to start your return.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the item.
Note: Digital knitting patterns cannot be returned or refunded.
Postage costs are non-refundable for orders that are returned.
What are the return costs?
Customers are responsible for both the initial shipping costs and any return shipping costs (you may use a carrier of your choice). If a delivery is refused or not collected, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
What happens when I return my order?
You’ll receive updates at every stage of the return process-when your package arrives, when it’s processed, and when your refund is issued.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Full returns include a refund of the item costs only.
We process all returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
When will I get my refund?
Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your returned package and will be credited to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please contact us immediately.
Which products cannot be returned?
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Opened and used products
- Digital products
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Books and magazines
Note: Sale items will be refunded based on purchased price.
