Note:
If you are taller than 1.70 m, I recommend getting one additional ball of each yarn.
NEEDLES: Circular needles size 3,5 mm, cable length recommended 40 cm and 80 cm length, circular needles size 3 mm, I recommend using 80 cm or double pointed needles for sleeve ribbing.
Additional materials needed:
8 markers / scissors / measuring tape / row counter / tapestry needle (with a rounded tip).
KNITTING TENSION: 22 stitches in width and 26 rows in height with stocking stitch 10 x 10 cm.
NOTE: Needle size is only a guide. If you get too many stitches on 10 cm, change to a larger needle size. If you get too few stitches on 10 cm, change to a smaller needle size.
The cardigan is knitted in the round with raglan shaping from the top down. Shaped using German short rows while seamlessly incorporating raglan increases. The yoke is shaped with subtle, lifted increases, creating a refined, barely visible raglan seam. This design ensures that the front of the cardigan is lower than the back, allowing for a better fit around the body. Once the raglan line reaches the desired length, the body is separated from the sleeves. After the separation, the body is knitted in the round, followed by the knitting of both sleeves.
